The Classic...can be used to sweeten and flavor iced tea, hot tea, iced coffee, party cocktails, flips, frappes, fizzes and juleps. Use as a base for sorbet, lemonade or in a pastry.

The Pom Pom
Drink Ingredients -
1 ¼ oz Belvedere Pomarancza
¾ oz. Marie Brizard Cassis de Bordeaux
¾ oz. Fresh Sour
1 ½ oz Fresh Orange Juice
3 Fresh Raspberries
Garnish Ingredients -
½ Orange Slice
2 Fresh Raspberries
Glass -
Cocktail or Martini Glass
Drink Directions -
Muddle berries with Cassis de Bordeaux. Add remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish Directions -
Garnish with one-half of an orange wheel and two fresh raspberries on a pick.

Drink Ingredients -
1 oz Granny's Apple Schnapps
1/2 oz. Goldschlager
5 oz. Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne
Garnish Ingredients -
Cinnamon and Sugar (for rimming)
Easy Leaf ORO FINO Pagluizze (sprinkles)
Glass -
Champagne Flute
Drink Directions -
Shake the Granny’s Apple Schnapps and Goldschlager with ice in a Boston Shaker until well chilled. Combine cinnamon, sugar and ORO FINO Pagluizze on a plate or in a bowl. Rim chilled champagne flute with lemon wedge and then rim with the cinnamon, sugar and ORO FINO mixture. Strain the Granny’s Apple Schnapps and Goldschlager into the champagne flute and top with Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne.
Note: The Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne may be substituted with your favorite champagne or sparkling wine.

The Ruby Partida
Drink Ingredients -
1-1/2 oz Partida Reposado Tequila
1-1/2 oz. Ruby Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. French Cassis (Marie Brizard Cassis Bordeaux)
Glass -
Cocktail or Martini Glass
Drink Directions -
Assemble the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and dribble the cassis down through the drink. Serve with a stirrer on the side.

1-1/2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur

Combine ingredients with ice into a cocktail/Boston shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim.

Garnish:
Easy Leaf Products ORO FINO Pagliuzze (Sprinkles) *available in our products section
Amoretti Pistachio Nut Flour *available in our products section
Amoretti Edible Sprays - Pistachio (optional) *available in our products section
Glass -
Chilled Cocktail Glass
Drink Directions -
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with Amoretti Pistachio Nut Flour and ORO FINO edible gold leaf sprinkles. Dust top of drink with ORO FINO edible gold flake sprinkles.
Note: We suggest you use Amoretti's Edible Spray - Pistachio for adherring the pistachio nut flour and ORO FINO to the rim of the glass. To use the edible spray...spray a small amount onto a clean sponge, circle the glass into the dampened sponge and then into the Amoretti Pistachio Nut Flour and ORO FINO.

Drink Ingredients -
2 oz. Milagro Silver Tequila
3/4 oz. Bols Triple Sec
1oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Garnish:
Lime Wedge
Salt (for rimming)
Glass -
Chilled Cocktail Glass
Drink Directions -
Stir ingredients together over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed in salt. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Note: We suggest you use TAG Line's squeezer (please see products page) for ultimate results for your fresh lime juice.

1/2 oz. Lillet Blanc

Shake very, very well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Summer Fruit Cocktails
Wild Berry Lemonade for Square One Organic Vodka -
Handful of fresh blueberries, huckleberries or blackberries (15-20) (we used blueberries in our photo)
1/4 Fresh Lemon, cut into pieces
1-1/2 oz. Square One Organic Vodka
1/4 oz. Organic Agave Nectar
2 - 3 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
In a mixing cup add berries and lemon. Muddle to juice both. Add Square One Organic Vodka, agave nectar and ice. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Fill a 10-ounce highball glass with ice. Hold 2-3 sprigs of thyme over the glass. Strain the cocktail over the ice and thyme. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
Note: for a refreshing summer spritzer, add 1 Tablespoon of Creme de Cassis, D'Arbo Sour Cherry Syrup or other berry syrup and top with soda water.

Sagadelic for Sagatiba Pura Cachaca -
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Honey Syrup (3:1 honey to water)
3/4 oz. Pom Wonderful pomegranate juice
1-1/2 oz. Sagatiba Pura Cachaca
1 - 1.5 oz Sparkling Water
Long Lemon Twist - for Garnish
Shake all ingredients except sparkling water. Strain over cubed ice into a highball glass, top with sparkling water.

1 oz. NAVAN Natural Vanilla Liqueur
3/4 oz. Soho Lychee Liqueur
8 each Fresh Raspberries
1 oz. Fresh Sour
7-Up
Lemon Twist, Vanilla Bean and 3 Raspberries - for Garnish
In a shaker, muddle fresh raspberries with NAVAN, Soho Lychee Liqueur and Fresh Sour. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with 7-Up. Garnish with a lemon twist, 3 raspberries on a cocktail pick and a fresh vanilla bean.

El Peche Diablo for Tabasco-
1-1/2 oz. Absolut Apeach Vodka
½ oz. Amaretto di Saronno
¾ oz. Raspberry Puree
½ oz. Half and Half
8 dashes Original Tabasco Brand Pepper Sauce
2 oz. Kerns Peach Nectar
Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into a plate of Tabasco and then rim with superfine sugar. In a mixing glass, add all ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into the Tabasco/sugar rimmed cocktail glass and garnish with a red pepper.

Cucumber Gimlet for Hendrick's Gin -
2 oz. Hendrick's Gin
2 Barspoons chopped English Cucumber
Juice 1/2 Freshly Squeezed Lime
3 very thin slices & 2 peels of Cucumber - for Garnish
In a mixing glass, muddle cucumber and lime juice. Add Hendrick's Gin and ice, shake well. Double strain (using a fine kitchen strainer) into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with three thin cucumber slices and two cucumber peels (about 3" long).
Note: Hendrick's Gin uses cucumber in their recipe which really makes this the only Gin for making this a spectacular cocktail.

Squeeze Lemon
Pinch Black Pepper

Watermelon Ball, Lemon Slice
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a melon ball, lemon slice and pinch of black pepper

Garnish:
Lime Wheel and Mint Sprig
Glass:
Tulip or Hurricane
Vigorously shake all ingredients except Ginger Ale in a Boston shaker. Strain over ice into a tulip or hurricane glass and garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig.

Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain over fresh ice into a Margarita glass or Old-Fashioned glass. No garnish, no salt.
